CBG creates staircases that are stylistic yet simplistic and utilitarian.
It includes open and closed straight, bifurcated, spiral, U –shaped and L- shaped staircases with assorted styles of timber, glass and stainless steel balustrades along with an option provided for custom storage.

Construction Stages

Base Stage

The foundation of your home is laid during the base stage, which prepares your block of land for construction. This includes levelling, excavation, and installing subterranean connections for plumbing, electricity, and drainage systems. The base stage is completed once the concrete slab is poured.

Frame Stage

The frame stage, which follows your floor plan, is all about building the skeleton of your home. It begins with the marking and building of the walls, as well as the roof trusses, window, and door frames, and so on. Once approved by a qualified building surveyor, the frame stage is complete.

Lock Up Stage

The lock-up stage involves locking up your home. It begins to design the exterior of your home by concentrating on external components such as windows, temporary external doors, guttering, roof cover, masonry, and walls. Rough ins occur at the same stage, where plumbing and electrical conduits for ducted air conditioning, vacuum systems, and security systems are installed.

Fixing / Fit Off Stage

This stage entails 'fixing' all your homes inside elements. Wall plasters, ceilings, skirting boards, internal doors, staircases, kitchen, and room cabinetry are all available. At this point, the house's moist parts will also be waterproofed. This stage is completed after the inspection is approved.

Completion Stage

This is the stage you've been looking forwards to. The house is ready for your inspection after it has been painted, installed, and detailed. Before the handover, we will tour you through the entire house, demonstrating all features and functionalities.
